  • Yes. Our $75 service fee covers the time for our visit to your home or business as well as an assessment of up to 45 minutes.

    If your project moves forward and the work exceeds $500, we’ll waive the service fee entirely. And if we need to come back to complete the job—no extra service fees. Honest, straightforward pricing from start to finish.

  • We offer free phone consultations for all electrical issues—big or small.

    We also provide free in-person quotes for the following projects:

    • Electrical service upgrade

    • Electrical panel replacement

    • Portable generator inlets

    • Portable generator transfer switches

    • Extensive remodeling or electrical system modification

  • We prefer to be reached via phone call or text message for the quickest response. You are also welcome to email us or reach out on one of our social media pages.

  • We offer flat-rate pricing.

    Instead of paying by the hour, you pay for exactly what you need.  Every estimate we provide is itemized and includes upfront pricing—so you’ll know exactly what to expect before we get started. No guesswork, no surprises.

  • We can take in-person payments via tap-to-pay, online payments via credit or debit card, as well as cash or check.

    Payment is due at the time of project completion.

  • Yes—we do service rental properties!

    For tenants: If you're experiencing an electrical issue, your property owner or manager will need to schedule the appointment on your behalf.

    For property owners: You're welcome to be onsite during the visit, but if you can't be there, no problem. We'll keep you fully informed and won’t perform any work without your approval.

  • We do offer a 10% discount to retired or active duty military and first responders. Thank you for your service to our country and community!
