Our service fee covers the time for our visit to your home or business as well as an assessment of up to 45 minutes.

If your project moves forward and the work exceeds $500, we’ll waive the service fee entirely. And if we need to come back to complete the job—no extra service fees. Just honest, straightforward pricing from start to finish.

Yes—we do service rental properties! 
 
For tenants: If you're experiencing an electrical issue, your property owner or manager will need to schedule the appointment on your behalf. 
 
For property owners: You're welcome to be onsite during the visit, but if you can't be there, no problem. We'll keep you fully informed and won’t perform any work without your approval. 

Rental Properties

When you reach out, our goal is simple—to make sure you know exactly what comes next. In many cases, we can offer same-day service. If we’re already assisting other clients, we’ll work with you to schedule a time that fits your schedule. 

Scheduling

We operate as a Collect on Delivery (COD) company—meaning full payment is due at the time your job is completed. We accept cash, card, and checks for your convenience. 
 
For larger projects, a deposit may be required to cover special-order materials. This will be discussed and determined on a case-by-case basis.
